Q. Why do I have to sign up for an account to use this app?

A. This app has been specifically designed for ITP Customers, who want to be able to submit their receipts quickly and easily come tax time. In order to this efficiently, your receipts need to be stored remotely.

Q. Can ITP change information in my app?

A. No. Our consultants do not have access to change information live in your app, however they can make amendments offline prior to preparing your return. Please check with your consultant

Q. What will ITP Qld do with my information?

A. Any information you enter into the app will only ever be used for internal purposes, to improve our service and offering. ITP Qld will never sell or share your specific information with third parties.

Q. I can't authorise my account, what do I do?

A. Please try adding noreply@app.itpqld.com to your whitelist of approved app senders. Sometimes these emails may appear in your junk folder (or worse be rejected) due to settings on your system. You can also request a new authorisation code be sent to your phone by following the prompts.

Q. I want to remove my account and all data, but can't do it through the app.

A. Please send an email to support@app.itpqld.com and one of our team will authorise the removal of your account.
